Compact pre-treatment unit​​

Our solution

WIA’s compact pretreatment systems are mechanically welded stainless steel assemblies that ensure the sorting of unwanted materials, the elimination of sand particles and the separation of grease from effluent. EnviroPrep units have been developed to manage flow rates ranging from 10 to 500m3/h

In the event of flow variations or for the processing of larger volumes, it is possible to install several of these units in parallel. Efficient sorting is carried out upstream using a screw screen specifically adapted to each model. Desanding and separation of fats are carried out in a longitudinal tank which immediately follows the sorting stage.

Its application

WIA’s compact pretreatment units are suitable for both urban and industrial effluents. This solution, both simple and effective, is particularly suitable when the objective is to minimize civil engineering work and reduce costs associated with the pretreatment phase in a wastewater treatment plant or on an industrial site.
